This website is established primarily to facilitate business-to-business (B2B) communications between Surajbhan Industries and authorized distributors, wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers, and commercial entities. All quotations, orders, and sales agreements entered via direct telephone communication or WhatsApp are governed by standard commercial terms negotiated per transaction.

2. Product Specifications & Availability

All product imagery, descriptions, variant sizes (500g, 1kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg), and specifications on this website represent standard milling outputs of brand HariOm. Grain characteristics, crop harvests, and moisture levels may vary slightly within certified food safety and regulatory tolerances. Bulk order supply is subject to raw material availability and production capacity.

3. Pricing & Wholesale Quotations

Commodity prices for wheat and agricultural grains fluctuate based on agricultural mandi dynamics. Quoted rates on phone or WhatsApp are valid for the specific timeframe stipulated in the quotation. Final invoice pricing will reflect agreed terms upon confirmed order booking.

4. Dispatch, Delivery & Inspection

• Bulk consignments are dispatched from our milling / warehousing facilities in Delhi or designated distribution hubs.
• Commercial buyers must inspect consignment seals, bag counts, and gross weight at the point of unloading prior to signing consignment notes.
• Any discrepancies in bag counts or packaging integrity must be reported immediately to our wholesale desk within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

The brand name HariOm, company name Surajbhan Industries, packaging designs, logos, graphics, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Surajbhan Industries. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or trademark infringement is strictly prohibited under applicable Indian laws.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of commercial transactions or website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
